ALP NUTRITION GmbH specializes in the development and production of high-quality, liquid dietary supplements for drinking. Depending on the product, the ALP NUTRITION products contain vitamins, minerals, collagen, plant extracts from alpine herbs, curcumin with high bioavailability, well-tolerated microencapsulated iron drops against iron deficiency and premium L-carnintin nutrient Carnipure. The highest quality raw materials of our products, which were developed according to the most modern scientific findings, are the basis of all our products. ALP NUTRITION drinking ampoules and drops are made in Germany for daily use. The idea for founding ALP NUTRITION came about in a conversation with one of the company's founders, Dr. Oliver Schnorr, born with athletes on the German Olympic team. Dr. Schnorr advises top athletes on nutritional issues to optimize performance and improve regeneration. They expressed a desire for a liquid vitamin and mineral product to drink as athletes were tired of taking vitamin tablets and capsules. The idea of developing and producing high-quality, liquid dietary supplements for drinking was born, but implementation only took place years later, as Dr. Schnorr was active in research at this time and for a few more years as a scientist at the University Clinic in Düsseldorf.
In 2012 Dr. Schnorr, together with a business partner and friend, founded ALP NUTRITION GmbH with the aim of producing high-quality micronutrient products for drinking in the areas of sports, health, beauty, lifestyle and anti-aging. Dr. Schnorr took over the scientific management of the company and his business partner took over the commercial management.

Before working for ALP NUTRITION® GmbH, Dr. For several years, Schnorr led a working group at the University Hospital in Düsseldorf that looked at how micronutrients work in the human body and their role in inflammatory processes, especially in the skin and inflammatory skin diseases. He has published numerous scientific publications in international specialist journals (see selection) and given many lectures at international specialist conferences. In 2010 Dr. Schnorr in his specialty “Sports Nutrition”, a post-graduate program that was created and organized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to optimally qualify experts in the field of sports nutrition. The graduates of this globally unique program often advise national teams, Olympic squads and elite athletes on questions of nutrition, as this represents a crucial parameter in the performance development of athletes. Dr. Schnorr advised, among others, the hammer throw world champion and former world record holder Betty Heidler on nutritional issues for the best possible sporting performance and physical regeneration in her preparation for the European Athletics Championships in Amsterdam and the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
