Suzy about ALP NUTRITION
The Australian now lives with her family in Singapore. In the interview she said that it was there a year and a half ago through a friend that she was the first of them ALP NUTRITION products heard and was very interested in finding out more about the special properties of the products. As part of Vitafoods Asia 2018 in Singapore, there was a personal meeting and discussion on the topic Sports nutrition with the ALP NUTRITION managing director Dr. Oliver Schnorr and the two products have counted since then ALP SPORT and ALP CARNITIN an integral part of Suzy's nutrition plan.
Suzy: “I’ll take it ALP CARNITIN for energy metabolism in the morning and ALP SPORT with vitamins, magnesium and minerals to improve regeneration in the evening.”
An optimal regeneration After this difficult race, I was asked to prepare as quickly as possible for the next competitions in Moscow and Beijing in August. While the lactate levels in the blood (a parameter for muscular strain) in a muscle at rest are 1-2 mmol/L, participants in the Red Bull ski jump have maximum levels of up to 26! mmol/L were measured and illustrate the particularly high physical strain of this competition.
In this competition it's not just the body demands top performance, but also high demands on mental performance of athletes who deserve great respect for the performance of all participants in this event.
